Receiving and processing orders

Orders are accepted through the website http://batarei.org around the clock. Orders are accepted by phone and in messengers by the manager from Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 18:00. Orders are processed by the manager from Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 18:00 Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the first business day first.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Delivery is carried out in any area of Ukraine and abroad.

Terms and cost of delivery outside Ukraine are set individually for each order. (To calculate the cost of delivery abroad, you must place an order on the website, or contact us by e-mail or through any of the messengers).

International Shipping
International delivery is carried out by EMS Courier Service - Express (this is the same service that delivers goods from China, so the delivery will not be expensive). Or any other possible delivery service of your choice.

PAYMENT

International delivery is carried out after full payment of the goods and shipping costs. The manager issues an invoice for payment after agreeing on the order configuration and delivery method!
