Warranty for Electric Radiators NHT Tech (new heating technologies)
 

1. The warranty period for radiators is 12 months from the date of sale.

2. The warranty period for the control unit is 60 months from the date of sale.

 
Warranty Terms
 

1. Warranty repair of equipment is carried out upon presentation by the client of a fully completed warranty card.

2. The delivery of equipment subject to warranty repair to the service center is carried out by the client by sending the “Control Unit” by Novaya Pochta, at our expense during the warranty period and at our own expense, after the warranty expires.

3. To apply for a warranty repair, you must send a video report of the malfunction by any of the available methods (Messengers, email, etc.) indicated in the CONTACTS section of our website. The report must contain a video of the failure, accompanied by comments describing the nature of the failure.

4. Warranty obligations do not apply to materials and parts that are considered consumable during operation.

 
Conditions for termination of warranty
 

1. Warranty obligations may be terminated in the following cases: Mismatch of the serial number of the equipment presented for warranty service with the serial number specified in the warranty card and / or other written agreements.

2. The presence of obvious or hidden mechanical damage to the equipment caused by violation of the rules of transportation, storage or operation.

3. Identified in the process of repair non-compliance with the Rules and operating conditions for equipment of this type.

4. Damage to control labels and seals (if any).

5. The presence of foreign objects inside the body of the equipment, regardless of their nature, if the possibility of this is not specified in the technical documentation and operating instructions.

6. Equipment failure caused by force majeure factors and/or actions of third parties.
